“You may have heard the players and the supporters chanting the slogan “Anything for Paula” and if you are new to the Dons family you may wonder why my late wife was held in such high esteem. Paula loved the Dons and she would do literally Anything to see her son and son in laws team succeed. She was not only the kit lady from the very beginning but she was the teams most enthusiastic supporter. Her warm smile and caring nature endeared her to both players and supporters alike, so much so that she has become known as the Mother of this great club. I loved my wife very much and I miss her every day, but the way she is honoured by the Dons family makes her loss easier to bear, Thank You all and… “Anything for Paula”.
